Job Description

  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of manufacturing, industrial, factory, cold storage, and food & beverage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure schedule, budget, and performance objectives are achieved.
  • Oversee project operations, construction means and methods, safety compliance, and quality control to ensure successful project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve complex issues, and implement effective strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain strong client relationships while providing leadership, direction, and oversight across multiple project priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong problem-solving skills to address complex construction challenges and keep projects on schedule.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities for effective coordination with clients, contractors, and project teams.
