Job Description

  • Lead large and complex industrial and manufacturing construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and procurement activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and lead project teams, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by providing updates, resolving issues, and managing expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety requirements, quality standards, project specifications, and contractual obligations.

The Successful Applicant
