Job Description

As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will support the planning and execution of multiple commercial construction projects, working closely with Project Managers and field teams to ensure successful delivery.

  • Assist in managing multiple commercial interior projects simultaneously
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination efforts
  • Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams on budgets and logistics
  • Help ensure contracts and subcontracts are properly executed
  • Track project progress, documentation, and financial performance
  • Coordinate RFIs, change orders, and day-to-day project communications
  • Maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors
  • Participate in internal meetings and support team alignment on project goals
  • Assist with project closeout and documentation processes
  • Support senior leadership and Project Managers in executing high-quality projects

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience supporting commercial construction projects with a general contractor
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills across multiple projects
  • Familiarity with tenant interiors or similar project types preferred
  • Ability to manage documentation, RFIs, and project communications
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and advance into a Project Management role
