Job Description

The Sr. Project Manager will lead the day-to-day management of a major industrial construction project and drive successful delivery across all phases of the project lifecycle.

  • Oversee project execution from planning through closeout
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain delivery targets
  • Lead client-facing communication and progress reporting
  • Drive successful project outcomes while maintaining profitability objectives

  • Strong background working for general contractors or construction management firms
  • Experience managing large-scale ground-up projects
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial, scheduling, and project controls knowledge
  • Ability to be site-based for the duration of the project
