Sr. Project Manager - Multifamily Developer - Boston, MA

• Lead and manage multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain timelines and budgets.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure collaboration and project success.
