Job Description

  • Lead all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet critical milestones.
  • Manage project budgets, contracts, change orders, and cost forecasting to maximize financial performance.
  • Oversee subcontractor procurement, performance, and compliance with contract requirements and project specifications.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards through regular site inspections and risk management.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders, providing clear project updates and resolving issues proactively.
  • Review construction documents, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings to ensure accurate execution and timely project delivery.
  • Lead project closeout activities, including punch lists, final inspections, turnover documentation, and warranty coordination.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of lead project management experience
  • Track record of leading builds in the commercial, multifamily, healthcare, or industrial markets
  • Experience on projects valued at $5M+
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for high-quality construction
