Sr Project Manager

• Lead all phases of multifamily construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution
• Manage project teams consisting of Project Managers, APMs, and field staff while ensuring alignment with project goals
• Serve as the primary point of contact for ownership, consultants, and key stakeholders
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, and risk management
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Coordinate closely with preconstruction and estimating teams during buyout and value engineering phases
• Monitor subcontractor performance and enforce safety and compliance standards
• Drive project schedules using tools such as Primavera or MS Project
