Sr. Project Manager

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Communicate project updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project management processes and practices.
