The company is actively pursuing and delivering large-scale projects and maintains a strong pipeline of upcoming work.

Job Description

  • The Sr Project Manager will provide overall leadership and direction for high-rise construction projects.
  • Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
  • Oversee project schedules to ensure milestones and completion dates are achieved.
  • Lead subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and buyout activities.
  • Coordinate effectively with ownership groups, architects, engineers, consultants, and field operations teams.
  • Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and project staff.
  • The Sr Project Manager must identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
  • Manage project reporting and communicate progress with executive leadership.
  • Drive successful project delivery from preconstruction through final turnover.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Proven experience managing ground-up high-rise residential, mixed-use, multifamily, hospitality, or commercial projects.
  • Demonstrated success managing projects valued at $50M+.
  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
  • Experience utilizing project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or MS Project.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lead multiple stakeholders while maintaining project objectives.
