This Senior Quality Engineer will lead quality validation, product qualification and risk management activities across the full product lifecycle. You will act as the site subject‑matter expert, partnering closely with engineering, manufacturing and R&D to ensure robust, compliant and scalable quality systems.

Job Description

  • Lead and continuously improve site quality validation, qualification and risk management programmes
  • Act as quality SME for NPI and design & development activities, ensuring compliant delivery
  • Own QMS processes including procedures, templates and quality records
  • Drive investigation of non‑conformances, deviations and complaints through structured root cause analysis
  • Lead CAPA activity using data‑driven problem‑solving methodologies
  • Ensure all design, product and process changes are risk‑assessed and compliant
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality teams
  • Support and review verification & validation (V&V) protocols and documentation
  • Participate in and conduct internal audits, producing actionable audit reports
  • Coach, train and mentor colleagues on quality tools, systems and best practices
  • Champion a culture of quality, continuous improvement and risk‑based thinking

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a scientific discipline
  • 5+ years' experience in Quality Assurance within a regulated industry
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO‑based quality systems
  • Hands‑on experience with product and process validation
  • Solid understanding of design and development lifecycles
  • Internal audit experience (lead auditor certification highly desirable)
  • Proven CAPA, root cause analysis and continuous improvement capability
  • Confident communicator able to influence cross‑functional stakeholders
