Operating quietly behind the scenes, the organization is known for its deep engineering expertise, rigorous technical standards, and its ability to partner closely with top‑tier customers to solve complex system‑level challenges.Job DescriptionThe Senior R&D Power Electronics Design Engineer will report directly into the Electrical Engineering Manager and be responsible for:Design and develop advanced DC/DC converter products utilizing proprietary technologies.Lead product development efforts from concept through manufacturing release.Perform power converter, analog, and magnetics design activities.Conduct simulation, analysis, testing, component selection, and PCB layout reviews.Develop product functional specifications and technical documentation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interface directly with customers when required.Drive innovation in power conversion topologies, control architectures, and packaging technologies.Apply today for immediate consideration!
