Job Description

  • Building and managing relationships with senior decision-makers across the Construction & Real Estate market.
  • Partnering with clients to deliver permanent recruitment solutions.
  • Identifying and engaging top industry talent through headhunting and networking.
  • Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to offer negotiation.
  • Growing your own specialist market and becoming the go-to expert within your sector.
  • Driving new business while developing long-term partnerships with existing clients.
