With continued growth in the mission critical space, they are actively expanding their scheduling and planning capabilities.Job DescriptionScheduling LeadershipDevelop, maintain, and manage detailed CPM schedules for a large data center project.Lead schedule planning from preconstruction through project completion.Establish baseline schedules, milestones, and phasing strategies.Project CoordinationCollaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors to align scheduling activities.Integrate design, procurement, and construction timelines into a cohesive schedule.Support pull planning and lean construction practices.Progress Monitoring & ReportingTrack progress against schedule and analyze deviations.Produce regular schedule updates, reports, and executive dashboards.Identify risks, delays, and opportunities for acceleration.Risk Management & ForecastingConduct schedule risk analysis and scenario planning.Recommend corrective actions to mitigate delays and maintain project milestones.Support claims analysis and time impact evaluations when needed.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
