Job Description



Scheduling Leadership

  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed CPM schedules for a large data center project.
  • Lead schedule planning from preconstruction through project completion.
  • Establish baseline schedules, milestones, and phasing strategies.



Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors to align scheduling activities.
  • Integrate design, procurement, and construction timelines into a cohesive schedule.
  • Support pull planning and lean construction practices.



Progress Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track progress against schedule and analyze deviations.
  • Produce regular schedule updates, reports, and executive dashboards.
  • Identify risks, delays, and opportunities for acceleration.



Risk Management & Forecasting

  • Conduct schedule risk analysis and scenario planning.
  • Recommend corrective actions to mitigate delays and maintain project milestones.
  • Support claims analysis and time impact evaluations when needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-15+ years of construction scheduling experience.
  • Strong background in large-scale commercial or mission critical projects (data centers highly preferred).
  • Expertise in Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling methodologies.
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-phase, fast-track builds.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, MEP coordination, and procurement timelines.
  • Ability to communicate complex schedule data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.



What's on Offer

  • Base Salary: $130,000 - $165,000
  • Total Compensation: $150,000 - $190,000+
  • Bonus: 15-25% performance-based
