Job Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities for K-12 projects
  • Build, maintain, and manage the full master project schedule
  • Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and consultants
  • Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations
  • Enforce safety standards and site compliance
  • Partner closely with project managers and field leadership
  • Lead meetings, inspections, and milestone reviews

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr. Superintendent should have:

  • Senior-level superintendent experience in K-12 construction is required
  • Proven experience building and managing a master schedule
  • Strong leadership and field coordination capabilities
  • Ability to manage complex project timelines and multiple stakeholders
  • Microsoft Teams experience is a strong plus, but not required
