Job Description

  • Lead field operations on multifamily, commercial, and large urban projects
  • Manage project schedules, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance
  • Coordinate daily activities with project management and ownership teams
  • Oversee project delivery from site mobilization through final turnover
  • Mentor field staff and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Superintendent should have:

  • Commercial construction experience required
  • Multifamily project experience preferred
  • Large urban construction experience preferred
  • Concrete construction experience preferred
  • Strong tenure and experience managing large-scale projects
