They design and build high-efficiency heating solutions for commercial and residential applications across North America.Job DescriptionIn this role you will report directly to the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:Providing technical leadership for sustaining engineering activities supporting gas combustion heating system product lines.Investigating and resolving complex product, manufacturing, and field issues to ensure long-term reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance.Driving continuous improvement initiatives for existing products, including performance optimization, cost reduction, and design robustness.Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams-including design, manufacturing, quality, and service-to evaluate, develop, and implement engineering changes.Ensuring ongoing adherence to applicable heating industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle.Leading root cause analysis efforts and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions for production and field-related issues.Mentoring junior engineers and actively contributing to technical knowledge sharing and best practices within the engineering team.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
