Job Description

  • Lead and oversee all field operations for structural concrete construction projects from mobilization through completion.
  • Supervise and coordinate craft labor, foremen, subcontractors, equipment, and material resources.
  • Develop and execute daily and weekly work plans to achieve production, schedule, and quality objectives.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company, client, and OSHA requirements.
  • Manage project schedules and proactively identify and resolve field issues that may impact progress.
  • Coordinate concrete placement activities, formwork installation, reinforcing steel placement, and post-tension operations.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control throughout all phases of construction.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to track productivity, manpower, costs, and project milestones.
  • Conduct site inspections, safety meetings, toolbox talks, and job hazard analyses.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and contract documents to ensure accurate execution.
  • Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, and inspectors to maintain strong project relationships.
  • Monitor material deliveries, equipment utilization, and workforce performance to maximize efficiency.
  • Prepare daily reports documenting manpower, production, safety observations, delays, and completed work.
  • Mentor and develop foremen and field personnel while promoting a positive, team-oriented culture.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
