Their teams are known for a collaborative approach, strong safety culture, technical expertise and commitment to delivering quality projects that positively impact the communities they serve.Job DescriptionLead day-to-day field operations for a $100M civic/park project.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and field personnel.Manage project schedule, sequencing and site logistics.Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and productivity.Coordinate with Project Management, ownership, architects and consultants.Review plans, specifications and project documentation.Lead project meetings and coordinate subcontractor activities.Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget.Maintain project schedules and communicate progress to project leadership.Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications and company standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
