Job Description

* Lead all field operations from project start through closeout

* Manage subcontractors, quality, safety, and project schedules

* Coordinate daily activities with Project Managers, owners, and design teams

* Drive production to meet schedule and budget milestones

* Conduct site meetings and ensure projects are completed to company standards

The Successful Applicant

* 5+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects

* Proven success managing projects valued at $10M+

* Strong background in scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site leadership

* Experience with healthcare, mixed-use, industrial, commercial, or institutional projects preferred

* Excellent communication skills with a collaborative leadership style
