Superintendent (All Levels) - Healthcare Construction

• Manage all on-site activities for healthcare construction projects to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce site safety protocols.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address potential issues.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and updates to stakeholders effectively.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and reports.
• Oversee quality control to meet project specifications and client expectations.
• Resolve any on-site conflicts and make decisions to keep the project on track.
