Job Description

The Superintendent - AOC Experience will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily construction site activities and keep work aligned with project plans.
  • Coordinating contractors and site personnel to maintain progress across active work areas.
  • Monitoring work quality and address site issues as they arise.
  • Reviewing project schedules and organize daily priorities to keep construction activities on track.
  • Maintaining clear site records, including daily activity updates and project documentation.
  • Communicating construction progress, changes, and site needs with relevant project stakeholders.
  • Promoting safe work practices and maintain an orderly construction site.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - AOC Experience should have:

  • Experience overseeing day-to-day construction site activities - AOC experience is REQUIRED
  • Experience coordinating contractors and construction schedules.
  • Ability to monitor work quality and resolve practical site issues.
  • Ability to maintain accurate daily site records and project documentation.
  • Experience communicating construction updates with project stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of safe work practices on active construction sites.
