Job Description

  • Plan and oversee daily construction site operations to ensure timely project completion.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules to maintain cost efficiency and on-time delivery.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure all construction work meets local, state, and federal regulations.
