They continue to grow while delivering a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial projects backed by a stable leadership team and strong financial performance.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent will:Lead all on-site construction activities for base building projects ranging from approximately $10M-$40M.Oversee daily field operations, subcontractors, project schedules, safety, and quality control.Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers to ensure successful project execution.Manage industrial, warehouse, tilt-wall, and other commercial construction projects throughout the DMV region.Drive project schedules and proactively resolve field challenges to maintain progress.Conduct site meetings and maintain communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.Utilize project management tools including Procore, PlanGrid, and Newforma.Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget expectations.Support successful project closeout and turnover activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
