Job Description



Responsibilities

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through turnover.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure milestone completion.
  • Enforce safety standards and quality control procedures.
  • Manage daily field operations, documentation, and reporting.
  • Drive accountability and ensure adherence to established construction processes and best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project execution.

The Successful Applicant



Qualifications

  • 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on projects valued at $30M+.
  • Strong tenure and career stability.
  • Experience leading large commercial, retail, mixed-use, hospitality, or similar projects.
  • Background with big-box retail, grocery, fuel station, travel center, or large-scale commercial developments is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, and safety goals.
