Job Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel across multiple project locations
  • Maintain aggressive project schedules and ensure timely delivery
  • Enforce strict safety and quality standards on-site
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
  • Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting
  • Proactively resolve field challenges to avoid delays and cost overruns

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on big box retail construction projects
  • Strong experience with Walmart or similar large-format retail builds
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Southeast region
  • Strong knowledge of ground-up construction, site logistics, and scheduling
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and contracts
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and execution excellence
  • OSHA certification preferred
