With a strong pipeline of healthcare, education, municipal, and industrial work, employees enjoy both stability and the opportunity to work on diverse, impactful projects.Job DescriptionResponsibilities include:Lead all day-to-day field operations from project startup through completion.Develop and manage project schedules and short-interval work plans.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and field personnel.Maintain jobsite safety and ensure compliance with all company and OSHA standards.Monitor project quality and ensure work aligns with plans and specifications.Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and workforce coordination.Conduct regular jobsite meetings and communicate progress to project stakeholders.Identify and resolve field challenges before they impact schedule or budget.Partner closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and engineers.Maintain project documentation, reports, and daily logs.Support project closeout activities and owner turnover.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
