Job Description

  • Lead field operations on a $30M historic hotel renovation
  • Oversee finishing phases including guest rooms, public spaces, and amenities
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control
  • Coordinate closely with project management and ownership teams
  • Support ongoing and future project phases as the scope expands

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience
  • Proven background in high-end hotel renovations or similar projects
  • Experience with renovation work involving public/amenity spaces
  • Strong leadership, scheduling, and coordination skills
  • Candidates with only new construction or corporate interiors experience will not be considered
