Job Description

  • Supervise all on-site activities to ensure compliance with project plans and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Manage daily operations, including workforce allocation and resource planning.
  • Inspect work progress to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
  • Resolve on-site issues and communicate updates to project stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and progress.
  • Collaborate with project managers to achieve project goals efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Charlotte Commercial Interiors should have:
