Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
  • Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Oversee material deliveries and inventory to avoid delays.
  • Conduct regular site meetings to align teams and address project needs.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure quality and budget adherence.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Familiarity with construction scheduling software and tools.

What's on Offer

Salary: $105,000-$120,000 + bonus

  • $10,000 guaranteed first-year bonus (target typically $20,000)
  • $500-$800/month vehicle allowance plus fuel reimbursement
  • Employer-paid healthcare after 30 days and 401(k) benefits available after 6 months
