The company offers a lean, entrepreneurial environment where experienced professionals have direct access to leadership and significant ownership over project outcomes.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the Superintendent will be:Manage and deliver commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Lead field operations, project coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, brokers, developers, and project stakeholders.Oversee commercial interior renovations, tenant upfits, retail projects, restaurant construction, and select ground-up developments.Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.Coordinate project communication between clients, field teams, subcontractors, and leadership.Identify and resolve project challenges proactively to maintain quality and client satisfaction.Support the company's continued growth through strong project execution and relationship management.If interested, please apply using the link below.
