Superintendent - Civil Construction - Millville, NJ

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site construction activities including site development, utilities, drainage, roadwork, and concrete
• Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution
• Ensure work complies with project plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets
• Enforce company safety policies and ensure full compliance with OSHA standards
• Conduct daily site meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
• Track progress, manpower, and equipment utilization
• Coordinate inspections with owners, engineers, and local authorities
• Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and site documentation
• Identify and resolve field issues quickly to maintain productivity
