Job Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization to close-out
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow
  • Maintain strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, architects, and clients
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on Class A commercial construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and site management
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple trades and complex project timelines
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards
  • Relevant certifications (OSHA, etc.) preferred
