Superintendent - Class A Interiors - Top 250 ENR GC

As the Superintendent, you will take full ownership of on‑site delivery, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Reporting into senior operations leadership, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading all on‑site field operations, including direct supervision of trades, labor, and subcontractors
• Ensuring projects are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and agreed schedules
• Coordinating materials, tools, equipment, and workforce planning to maintain workflow efficiency
• Acting as the primary on‑site point of contact for clients and stakeholder teams
• Managing site documentation including daily reports, safety logs, timesheets, and incident reporting
• Driving best‑in‑class safety performance and conducting regular site audits and walks
• Supporting quality control, pre‑punch, and close‑out activities to ensure a smooth handover
