Job Description

As the Superintendent, you will be responsible for the full on‑site execution of local Class A commercial projects, reporting directly to senior operations leadership.

  • Lead all daily field operations from site mobilization through project close‑out
  • Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and site logistics to maintain schedule and quality
  • Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, well‑organized jobsite
  • Drive short‑term planning, look‑ahead schedules, and milestone completion
  • Partner closely with the Project Manager on sequencing, schedule, and issue resolution
  • Conduct quality control inspections and manage punch‑list completion
  • Represent the company professionally with owners, architects, and consultants

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent, we are seeking:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on Class A commercial construction projects
  • Background delivering local projects with minimal overnight travel
  • Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
  • Ability to lead subcontractors and self‑perform teams effectively
  • Solid knowledge of safety standards and quality control processes
  • Experience using construction management and scheduling software
  • Professional communication style with a hands‑on, field‑first mindset
