Our client is looking for a sharp interiors superintendent to reinforce their field team and to work locally in the Atlanta Metro area. Sectors include: Class A office, higher education, retail, restaurant, non-profit, LEED certified projects. They also do have opportunities to travel nationwide as they have 7 offices across the GC and a strong project pipeline and backlog for either travel preference.

  • Class A office from $1M - $5M and as large as $35M on high profile, complex projects.

Job Description

  • Primary site leader of all subordinate superintendents, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Establish project plan, maintain weekly progress and pulse of project.
  • Manage and coordinate all job site operations.
  • Manage labor and subcontractors to ensure work quality and on-time delivery of services.
  • Maintain positive relationship with Owners, Design Consultants, and PM's.
  • Coordinate with local jurisdiction inspectors and utility company representatives to ensure compliance.
  • Strictly enforce Safety Program and manage the Quality Control Program
  • Prepare and maintain detailed short-term schedules.
  • Manage accurate invoice payment process and financial management of the project costs.
  • Resolve day to day field issues.
  • Prepare daily reports with all manpower and significant activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Construction experience in Class A office is required. LEED Certification is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience working in the construction industry
  • Strong tenure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge in Construction Management or related field, preferred

  • Guaranteed 40 hours weekly pay $58/hour and paid for every single hour over 40 hours that is worked weekly with uncapped potential here based on project needs.
