Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate and supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Review and interpret project blueprints, plans, and specifications.
  • Resolve any on-site issues or delays efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Proven experience in managing construction projects in the property industry.
  • Proven track record of consistency, showing long-term employment and sustained performance on complex construction projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to project management.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
