Job Description

As Construction Superintendent, you will report directly to senior operations leadership and take ownership of site delivery across multiple commercial projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all on‑site construction activities from mobilization through close‑out
  • Overseeing multiple commercial projects including secure facilities, hospitality, and tenant improvement work
  • Coordinating subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
  • Maintaining detailed construction schedules, daily reports, and site documentation
  • Leading site safety meetings and enforcing best‑in‑class safety standards
  • Managing site logistics, inspections, material procurement, and quality control
  • Building strong working relationships with owners, inspectors, subcontractors, and suppliers

The Successful Applicant

For the Construction Superintendent role, we are seeking:

  • 8+ years' experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
  • Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and sequencing
  • Experience delivering ground‑up commercial and interior build‑out projects
  • Confidence using construction management software (Procore experience preferred)
  • Scheduling experience; training available for new systems where required
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to pass standard background screening and maintain a clean driving record
