Their design-build structure allows for efficient project execution while providing teams with the support needed to succeed.They are committed to employee development through a merit-based promotion structure, ongoing training, and a culture that rewards performance and initiative.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent will be responsible for:Acting as the primary on-site leader for day-to-day construction activitiesCoordinating with owners, architects, and engineers throughout the project lifecycleDeveloping and managing project schedules, including critical path planningManaging subcontractors and resolving scheduling or productivity challengesOverseeing site logistics, workforce planning, and daily operationsIdentifying and documenting field issues and preparing RFIs as neededCoordinating across all trades to maintain project alignment and progressEnsuring permits, inspections, and compliance requirements are metSupporting budget tracking and managing general conditionsEnforcing quality control and ensuring work meets contract documentsPromoting and maintaining a strong safety cultureMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
