You will be responsible for managing jobsite operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate has experience leading projects valued at $20M+ and is comfortable traveling as business needs require.

Job Description

  • Oversee daily commercial construction activities on assigned job sites.
  • Coordinate subcontractor work to maintain project schedules and site priorities.
  • Review field progress and address day-to-day construction issues as they arise.
  • Monitor work quality against project plans and specifications.
  • Maintain a safe job site and reinforce site safety practices.
  • Communicate construction updates with project stakeholders.
  • Plan short-term site activities to keep crews and materials aligned.
  • Document site progress, issues, and completed work for project records.
