Job Description

* Lead field operations, schedules, manpower planning, and project execution on projects ranging from $7M-$200M.

* Direct subcontractors, self-perform teams, and site personnel to achieve quality, safety, and schedule goals.

* Build strong relationships with owners, architects, project managers, and trade partners.

* Manage project budgets, labor productivity, cost controls, and short-interval scheduling.

* Mentor field staff and drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and safety excellence.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

* Proven Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects.

* Experience delivering education, industrial, healthcare, or large-scale commercial projects.

* Strong background managing field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules.

* Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

* Proactive, growth-oriented professional seeking long-term career advancement.

Salary: $125,000-$150,000 base + 15% bonus
