Job Description

  • Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site activities.
  • Maintain project schedules and drive on-time completion.
  • Ensure quality standards are met throughout construction.
  • Enforce jobsite safety requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation and field reporting.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
  • Resolve field issues proactively to keep projects on track.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
  • Proven experience leading projects in the $1M-$10M range.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, safety, and quality control.
  • Ability to effectively manage subcontractors and field teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Track record of delivering projects successfully from start to finish.
