Job Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for:

  • Leading day‑to‑day field operations on commercial construction projects from start through close‑out
  • Supervising and mentoring junior Superintendents while setting best practices on site
  • Coordinating subcontractors, inspections, schedules, and site logistics to maintain safety, quality, and schedule
  • Partnering closely with Project Managers and leadership to resolve field challenges efficiently
  • Utilizing Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and other tools to support project execution
  • Supporting multiple projects across Northern Virginia and surrounding areas as needed

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Experience as a Superintendent on commercial ground‑up projects valued at $15M+
  • Background in projects such as churches, schools, community buildings, retail, or similar commercial work
  • Ability to step into a leadership role and manage junior field staff effectively
  • Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft programs, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam
  • Open to adopting new technology and AI‑driven construction processes
  • Based in or able to commute throughout Northern Virginia
