Superintendent - Commercial Construction - Clark County

• Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure key milestones are achieved on schedule
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to maintain smooth project flow
• Enforce safety standards and ensure a clean, compliant, and well-organized job site
• Track project schedules and budgets, providing regular progress updates
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to prevent delays or cost impacts
• Perform site inspections and uphold strict quality control standards
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and key stakeholders
• Keep accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including logs, reports, and schedules
