Job Description

  • Oversee all on-site activities for interior construction projects from start to completion
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and daily field operations
  • Drive schedules on fast-paced, detail-oriented interior projects
  • Maintain exceptional quality standards, particularly for high-end finishes
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and facility stakeholders
  • Work within occupied or sensitive environments (healthcare/education) with minimal disruption
  • Identify and resolve field issues efficiently to maintain progress

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent with a Commercial General Contractor
  • Strong background in interiors construction across Class A office, healthcare, or higher education
  • Experience working in occupied, fast-track, or technically sensitive environments
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents and schedules
  • Strong subcontractor coordination and site leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
