• Supervise daily on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project milestones.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to ensure accurate execution.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any potential delays or cost overruns.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to maintain project progress.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status.
