With significant annual revenue, a strong backlog, and operations spanning multiple regional offices, the organization offers long-term stability and career growth.Job DescriptionThe Commercial Superintendent will:Lead all field operations for commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Coordinate and direct subcontractors to maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.Implement and enforce site safety programs to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.Monitor day-to-day construction activities and proactively resolve field challenges.Collaborate with project managers, owners, architects, and trade partners throughout the project lifecycle.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules utilizing industry-standard tools.Conduct site meetings and communicate project progress to stakeholders.Inspect work in place to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and company standards.Facilitate efficient workflow and maintain high levels of productivity across all trades.Drive successful project delivery while maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
