Superintendent - Commercial Construction

As the Superintendent, you will take full ownership of on‑site delivery, reporting directly to senior operations leadership and acting as the day‑to‑day driver of project success.

• Lead all field operations from mobilization through close‑out
• Manage subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance
• Coordinate inspections, commissioning, and turnover for healthcare, office and higher education projects
• Enforce site safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Partner closely with Project Managers to resolve field issues proactively
• Maintain clear communication with owners, inspectors, and design teams
• Mentor assistant superintendents and field staff as the team grows
