Superintendent - Commercial Construction

• Supervise on-site construction activities and manage daily operations to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all construction sites.
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to provide input and ensure accuracy.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and prepare reports for management.
• Resolve any on-site conflicts promptly and professionally to minimize project delays.
