Job Description

As the Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for the successful day-to-day execution of assigned projects, reporting directly to senior project leadership.

  • Manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards
  • Enforce safety programs and lead daily toolbox talks
  • Work closely with Project Managers to track progress and resolve issues
  • Inspect work in place and maintain compliance with plans and specifications
  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for field operations

The Successful Applicant

For the Construction Superintendent we are seeking:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial or industrial construction
  • Strong knowledge of site operations, sequencing, and subcontractor management
  • Ability to lead crews and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of construction drawings and schedules
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and accountability
  • Willingness to work on projects located near or around Augusta
