Job Description

As the Superintendent, you will report directly to senior project leadership and take full ownership of field execution on commercial construction projects.

  • Lead day‑to‑day on‑site operations from ground‑up through close‑out
  • Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, schedules, and site logistics
  • Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
  • Manage project schedules and proactively resolve field issues
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to maintain budget and quality
  • Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and local codes
  • Serve as the primary on‑site point of contact for all field activities

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent role we are seeking:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
  • Background may include retail, office, industrial, healthcare, or mixed commercial work
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and subcontractor coordination
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schedules
  • Experience enforcing jobsite safety and quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Comfortable working on local projects only
